Together Apart — “Connecting During Quarantine”
Thank you so much for visiting us here to find out the latest updates about what we are offering during this time where we cannot be together physically. It has been said that “the church is not closed, but rather we have been deployed.” We want to stay connected as a community during this time and come alongside you. You can follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
We want to reach out to those in need in creative ways in this unique time. If you have a need or if you have any ideas for connection or outreach, please let us know. We are continuing to seek God about how to make the most of every opportunity and how we are to come out of this time differently. We are praying for you and so thankful for you!Love, Pastor Bill and Lisa

In addition to the organizations and local outreaches we already support, we are seeking to reach out to those in need during this unique time:
Local Food Drive – If you would like to drop off food for those in need, we are partnering with Arlington Food Assistance Center. You can drop off any canned goods or non-perishable items in the collection boxes by the back door of our Capital Life building.
Care Packages – If you know anyone in our CLC community in the medical profession, we would love to honor them for their courageous service. If you would be interested in helping with a care package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cards – If you would like to mail a card of encouragement or a picture drawn by your children to the residents at Sunrise, you can send those to: Sunrise Senior Living, 2000 N Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22207. They are not able to have visitors during this time so a note or picture would brighten their day!
We are so thankful for your faithfulness and consistency in giving toward the Kingdom. If you would like to transition your giving to online, you can click here to set this up. As Genesis 12:2 reminds us, “We are blessed to be a blessing” so thank you for your generosity, which allows us to continue meaningful ministry during this time and reach out to those in need in impactful ways.
