P28 Prayer

Let’s Pray

As the prayer ministry of Capital Life Church, we are committed to prayer and intercession for the local church body, church leadership, and those in need. We lift up the name of our Savior on others’ behalf and build one another up through the peace and power of the Holy Spirit. We teach others to pray by example, teaching, discipling, corporate prayer and altar ministry. Our mission is to inspire and encourage a meaningful prayer life for each church community member.

CLC Local Outreach

We had many residents of the DC Community for Creative Non-Violence ask for prayers during the Local Outreach last Monday. With each meal, we included a bible based word at the bottom of each slip that they can turn in for needed prayer. A few residents turned in theirs and asked for collective prayers and intercession.

God’s Children, let’s lift these requests before God in our prayer altars and plead their case before our Father.

Their names have been edited out to protect their identity (only the first letters of their names will be used).

G wants us to pray that he secures an accommodation soon.

J needs us to pray for housing, good health and his connection to God.

W wants us to pray for his freedom.

P is in a job training program. He wants us to pray he secures a job soon so he could take care of his son.

A needs us to pray for his freedom from drugs, to secure another job and also to move to his own apartment.
