Outreach During Quarantine
In addition to the organizations and local outreaches we already support, we are seeking to reach out to those in need during this unique time.
Local Food Bank – We are partnering with Arlington Food Assistance Center to help provide food for those in need. We are collecting any non-perishables, but AFAC are in need of specific items like canned soups, canned vegetables, canned tuna/meat, canned tomatoes, peanut butter in plastic jars, and cereal. You can bring donations to the boxes in the front of the church. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com.
Homeless Outreach Prep – We are partnering with Martha’s Table to help provide PB&J and meat & cheese sandwiches for the homeless around the DC Metro area. We generally meet the 4th Wednesday of each month @ 7pm in the Capital Life Atrium. For more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
