1. "I am what I do" - Performance
2. "I am what I have" - Possessions
3. "I am the image I project" - Pride
Signs of Burnout:
- People become obstacles
- Spiritual Flatness
- Complaining; Irritability
- Withdrawal; Sadness
- Sleep disturbance
- Feeling unappreciated
- Isolation
- Loss of Enjoyment
