Introduction
"Your Assignment from God" - Sermon Summary
Pastor Bill shares the origin story of Capital Life Church, which began in 2001 as a prayer center near the U.S. Capitol building. He describes how the church started with humble beginnings using a karaoke machine for worship, moved through various locations, and eventually merged with another congregation to acquire our current building. Throughout the story, he emphasizes how God's faithfulness and divine connections helped establish and grow the ministry despite numerous challenges.
Intro Prayer
Heavenly Father, as we gather together to discuss and learn from this message, we ask that You would open our hearts and minds to what You want to teach us. Help us to see how You can use our lives to impact others, just as You used Pastor Bill and Capital Life Church. Guide our discussion and help us to encourage one another in faith. In Jesus' name, Amen.
